About the wine
This fresh Tempranillo 2019 — Platón is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Divina Proporción masters this red wine in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Tempranillo with polenta or lasagna.

Die fruchtigen Aromen des Platón von schwarzer Kirsche, Schokolade und gekochter Brombeere drücken viel Charakter mit einer ganz individuellen Struktur aus. Danach zeigen die fruchtigen Nuancen von Backpflaume, Gewürznelke und Marmelade ihren eigenen Charakter. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit kräftigem Körper und frischer Säure, welcher harmonisch mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.

Goes well with red meat, beef, game, grilled, entrecote, tenderloin, dry-aged and stew.
