Tasting note
Strong ruby red with purple reflections Smells of fresh fruit, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries; spicy notes of mint and floral scent of violets. A strong, round body with a certain tannin feeling gives this wine meaning and depth with its good structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasts, game and fatty dishes in general.
Vinification
12 months in small oak barrels, 6 months in steel containers. The wine remained in the bottle for 6 months.
