Tasting note
Outstanding aromas of black cherries, wild berries and a touch of pepper. Complex richness, soft and round, with beautifully integrated tannins. Aromatic, generous finish with a touch of precious wood notes. Dark ruby red with black reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with haefelichabis, Provençal cuisine, stuffed eggplants, red meat with sauce, game specialties, polenta and porcini risotto.
