About the wine
You will certainly have a lot of fun with the delicious Plansel verdelho, which was produced in 2020. Sunny and picturesque landscapes of Alentejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta da Plansel conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2025.
Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Handlese in 25kg Kisten, Volltraubenpressung, Kaltsedimentierung des Mostes während 24 Std., bei einer Temperatur von 5°C. Vorgeklärte Moste werden mit Reinzuchthefen, bei einer Temperatur unter 14°C in Edelstahltanks vergärt, um das besondere Aroma dieser Rebsorte hervorzubringen.
