Tasting note
Floral aromas, some lychee with lots of ripe pears. Exotic, dense and sweet notes on the palate, with a beautiful finish.
Vinification
Hand picked in 25 kg boxes, whole grape pressing, cold sedimentation of the must for 24 hours, at a temperature of 5°C. Pre-clarified musts are fermented with pure yeast, at a temperature below 14°C in stainless steel tanks to produce the special aroma of this grape variety.
