Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 6 Jahre.
Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Über Nacht gekühlte Trauben werden in traditionellen Lagars bis zu 15 Tagen langsam vergärt. Extrem schonend für die Beere, da keine Pumpen verwendet werden und die Kerne und Beerenhäute dadurch nicht mechanisch belastet werden.
