Tasting note
This fresh and elegant white wine impresses with aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and floral nuances. On the palate, it is balanced with a fine acid structure and a slight minerality, which perfectly underlines the fruity character. The aftertaste is pleasantly long and lively.

Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads or light poultry.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested selectively by hand and gently pressed. The wine is fermented in stainless steel containers to preserve the fresh fruitiness.
