Tasting note
Color: Medium density golden yellow with iridescent reflections. Aromatics: Rich, intense, complex bouquet, perfect concentration of ripe fruits, nice spiciness reminiscent of saffron, charming, floral nuance, finely tart, vegetal counterpoint. Body: Very long, full-bodied first drink, noticeable sweetness, creamy “mouth feeling” lively, well-integrated acidity, distinctive minerality.
