Tasting note
Intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of wild berries, blackberries, sour cherries accompanied by a balsamic note and a hint of sweet spices on the finish. On the palate, the tannins dominate with good structure, but are well integrated, as well as complex aromas with a pleasant freshness. A nectar with character and a great personality with the best ageing potential.

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and pressed as gently as possible. The must then ferments in 30-hl oak barrels. The wine is aged for about 18 months in new oak barrels of various sizes,
