Tasting note
Deep ruby red color, impenetrable and durable. The nose is intense with notes reminiscent of myrtle berries and blackberries, with nuances of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth, it is rich and juicy, with round and elegant tannins, full of balance, good acidity and well-integrated alcohol content.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat and game dishes.
Vinification
The grapes selected accordingly are destemmed and then pressed. The very sensitive shells of cagnulari are subjected to a long maceration at a temperature of 25°C, during which only a little pumping is carried out. The wine completes its aging in thermoconditioned steel tanks.
