Tasting note
Bright pink, strawberries and cotton candy on the nose, accompanied by subtle undertones of herbs and rose petals. On the palate, the wine is light and refreshing, with good acidity that carries the aromas and makes you want more. 10% aromatic Sauvignon Blanc is added to the wine after fermentation to produce the Provençal-style rosé typical of Kaapzicht.
Vinification
Steel tank, the wine is stored on fine yeast until bottling.
