Das Duftspektrum des Pinot Noir von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon spielt virtuos mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Danach überzeugen erfrischende Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille resolut und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Mit verhalten angenehm ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure präsentiert dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine einwandfreie Struktur.

Vinification
After early harvesting at the end of August, cold maceration takes place over 5 to 6 days, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and removal after around 15 days. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 months to preserve the aromatic clarity
