About the wine

For over a century, the Fromm family has dedicated themselves to viticulture, deeply rooted in Malans, driven by curiosity and the quest for authenticity. Her sense for great wines became apparent early on: in 1912, Georg Fromm Senior received a gold medal for his Pinot Noir from the historic Schöpfi location - a close surrounded by walls that has been growing vines for over 1,000 years. At just 16 years of age, Georg Fromm took over the family business in the fourth generation and made it a permanent fixture in Graubünden's top winegrowing. In 2015, Marco Fromm followed in his father's footsteps. Today, wines with character, depth and quiet elegance are produced here - wines that not only reflect soil, climate and grapes, but also a family that works with passion and respect for nature.
