Die Aromen des Pinot Noir Valais AOC von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon drücken viel Charakter mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Anschliessend zeigen die fruchtigen Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille ihren eigenen Charakter. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher harmonisch mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine komplexe Struktur entfaltet.
