Tasting note
With its light pink color, the dry-aged wine invites you to discover. Pinot Noir Rosé is sophisticated and has a real personality. On the nose, it is elegant, with notes of blueberries, grapefruit and white peach. On the palate, it is tasty, fruity and balanced.
Vinification
To preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes, harvesting is carried out early in the morning when temperatures are the lowest. Pressing is done at low pressure to obtain the brightest pink color, which invites you to enjoy delights. Fermentation takes place in autumn to preserve the delicate color. It is bottled in winter after harvesting.
