Tasting note
High intensity of ripe cherries, integrated oak smoke and ripe raspberries and a very clear European, spicy and earthy intensity. Very concentrated, flavorful depth and dense structure, with elegant yet structured tannins that are high and soft and need a bit more time to integrate. Warming alcohol content of 14%, medium body and very long finish.

Goes well with meat and hard cheese

2.5 years in barriques, 1 year in bottle.
