About the wine
Elegant Pinot Noir from Valais with fine fruit from cherries and red berries, accompanied by delicate spicy and roasted aromas. Harmonious on the palate, with silky tannins, good structure and a long, balanced finish. A wine full of character with finesse and depth.

Tasting note
The scent spectrum of mushrooms and caramel candy flirts skillfully with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Its elegant ruby red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your guests will confirm it. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows plenty of character and class in the mouth with fine tannins.

Goes well with game meat, lamb, cheese platters, veal, grilled meats and poultry.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: Pinot Noir from the best locations in Salgesch. To achieve optimal results, the crop yield is reduced to 800 grams per square meter. The grapes must be at least 96° Oechsle. VINIFICATION The Pinot Noir Réserve de Salquenen is vinified with the greatest care and human knowledge. Fermentation is based on optimal temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Our Pinot Reserve reaches maturity during extensive bottle storage in the wine cellar.
