The Pinot Noir de Sion Les Félines La Torrentière scent spectrum of mushrooms and caramel candy plays virtuously with your sense of smell. That will be remembered: Its rich ruby red color gives any occasion an extravagant touch. A fruity red wine with a medium-bodied body and dominant acidity, which harmoniously develops its lively structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. The ripeness of the grapes is constantly monitored shortly before harvesting in order to determine the optimal harvest time. The harvest amount is strictly limited to guarantee the highest quality. The harvest is picked by hand and sorted out after arrival in the cellar to keep only the best berries. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is only slightly filtered before bottling.
