Goes well with red meats, game dishes and traditional Bündner specialities.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented in used 500-liter oak barrels and the wine is then aged in these barrels for at least twelve months. This careful barrel aging gives it an elegant structure and a deep variety of aromas.
