About the wine
With the best vineyards, a passion inherited for over 600 years and an innovative spirit, Zweifel Weine convey pure wine enjoyment! We pressed this Pinot Noir in barriques from the best grapes of 2018 in honor of ancestor Heinrich Zweifel. According to the tithing letter from Wettingen Abbey, he cultivated the first documented Juchart Zweifel vines “uf Klingen” in Höngg as early as 1440. 582 years later, we were delighted with the excellent grapes of the great 2022 vintage!
