Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red On the nose, delicate fruit aromas of wild berries, raspberries, cherries and spicy notes. Well-balanced palate with mineral elegance and a long, exciting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, veal and roast beef.
Vinification
Harvesting and selecting grapes by hand. Slow mash fermentation at controlled temperature and gentle mash movement in stainless steel tanks. Biological acid decomposition and maturation take place for 12 months, partly in large wooden barrels (30%) partly in barriques (70%)
