Tasting note
On the nose, notes of graphite, coffee, dark fruits as well as laurel, carob and nutmeg. On the palate, notes of red berry fruit and balsamic notes. The finale is balanced, long and enveloping.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with wild mushroom risotto, game dishes, ripe cheeses.
Vinification
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Aging in new barriques and tonneaux for 18 months, this Pinot Nero is then aged in bottle for 1 year.
