Tasting note
Deep ruby red On the nose, aromas of red berries, cherries and violets, accompanied by fine roasted aromas and spicy notes. Elegant on the palate, with silky tannins, well-integrated acidity and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal fillet, wild fowl, truffle dishes
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation, followed by aging in barriques and large wooden barrels for around 18 months.
