Tasting note
Medium golden yellow. Delicate wood spice, fine notes of yellow pome fruit. Attractive bouquet with melons, honey, melted butter. Juicy complex, powerful, elegant texture with yellow fruit in the aftertaste.

Vinification
Fermented in small French wooden barrels and aged on fine yeast for 12 months with batonnage.
