About the wine
An expressive Pinot Gris with aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus and a touch of honey. Creamy and well-structured on the palate, with fresh acidity and a mineral finish.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Seduces the senses from the very first scent with a honey aroma. On the palate, juicy notes of ripe pears and melons develop, which make the wine velvety and full-bodied.

Goes well with aperitif, soft cheese, dessert
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and, after careful pressing, are fermented in steel tanks, leaving the wine on the fine yeast for a long period of time to develop complexity and structure.
