About the wine
A classic Alsace winemaking that scores points with contemporary finesse. The wine is excellently structured, juicy and has a soft-flowing, long-lasting finish.

Tasting note
The bouquet of almond, honey and ginger shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The dominant nuances of lime and green apple shape their individual texture. Its shiny golden yellow ensures a good mood at the table. You won't find this shade in any color catalog. Light body and dominant acidity result in the semi-dry white wine, which shows plenty of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with mussels, ceviche and sushi. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2013-2017.
