About the wine
This Pinot Gris from Lake Zurich is anything but colorless: juicy, aromatic and with a dose of coolness that you would otherwise only find in Zurich's old town. Ripe pear, a touch of exoticism and enough freshness to make everyone “wow”. A white wine with character — for anyone who likes to drink a bit more elegantly without immediately standing out.

Tasting note
Shows elegant clarity with aromas of ripe pear, quince and apricot, underpinned by fine floral notes and light minerality. Fresh, juicy and velvety on the palate with a long, fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with steamed or grilled fish, seafood, white poultry and vegetarian dishes such as pasta, risotto or fresh salads. Also ideal as a light wine for an aperitif or appetizer.
