Tasting note
Bright yellow, sparkling, slightly pink. Fresh aromas of white flowers, flowers and a hint of candied fruit. Excellent wine with fish. Benoit Montmollin converted the entire 50 ha to biodynamic viticulture in 2016 and is now awaiting certification.
