Tasting note
Light yellow to sandy, this Pinot Grigio features a floral bouquet of herbs and ripe fruits such as pears, peaches and melons. The aging in large wooden barrels is reflected in its round body and elegant, creamy finish.
Vinification
75% are fermented in large wooden barrels and mature under regular batonnage for ten months on the first yeast. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the remaining 25% are aged for ten months with biological acid degradation in tonneau barrels.
