Tasting note
The bouquet impresses with the delicate scent of Williams pear and white lilac, wonderfully dry, full and harmonious on the palate, with an elegant fruit acidity that gives the wine a natural freshness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, salmon and other fish specialties.
Vinification
In many wine-growing regions, this grape variety is vinified and heavily alcoholic, not so with Endrizzi. To maintain freshness, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel at the lowest possible temperature. Refining on your own yeast deliberately enhances the aroma. The result is a pleasantly light and aromatic wine.
