Tasting note
This international grape variety is grown by winemakers in an alluvial area of the Adige Valley on low hills northeast of Mezzocorona. The riserva is complex on the nose with typical notes of vanilla, white peach, pear and chamomile. The aging in wood reveals sweet aromas. On the palate, it is harmonious, elegant and sophisticated, with a fresh, fragrant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with baked dishes, polenta and white meat dishes.
