About the wine
An alpine Pinot Grigio from Schreckbichl. After a separate 10-month aging phase on fine yeast, the wines are blended and carefully bottled.

Tasting note
Bright yellow with golden reflections. The nose is richly scented with aromas of lime, lemon mint and floral notes. Lively and fresh on the palate, dominated by citric aromas, accompanied by a touch of bitter almond and verbena. Some mineral accents give the dancing finish a special touch.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sophisticated starters, shrimp cocktails, vitello tonnato, pasta dishes such as carbonara or lasagna, grilled fish, poultry, white meat and almost all types of cheese.
