Tasting note
Delicately fruity on the palate with notes of pears and candied fruit. The expressive, balanced body underlines its dry, fresh, full-bodied taste and round finish. A wonderful Pinot Grigio from South Tyrol.

Great with light appetizers, fish, seafood, poultry, vegetable dishes and mild cheeses.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation (20 °C) in steel tanks is followed by a four-month maturation on fine yeast in a concrete tank until bottling.
