About the wine
The farm run by the Scarbolo family is located in southern Friuli, nestled in rolling hills, on the right bank of the Torres. The clay and siliceous soils and the special microclimate are perfect for viticulture. Valter Scarbolo follows the development of wines from vine to bottle. Fermented in steel tanks, these classic white wines from Friuli focus on fruitiness and varietal specificity. Thanks to their restrained acidity and beautiful variety of aromas, Valters wines offer carefree drinking pleasure.

Tasting note
Bright, light straw yellow, harmonious bouquet with subtle notes of apples and acacia honey and slightly exotic floral tones, medium body with pleasant, fine acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, antipasti, vegetable dishes, soups and white meats. Suitable as an aperitif wine.
Vinification
80% of the grapes are pressed immediately, 20% remain on the mash for a day. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 5% in barriques, 6 months storage on fine yeast.
