Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Very fresh, finely spicy wine with notes of herbs, ripe fruits, pears and white flowers in the bouquet. Tangy, beautiful fruit with rich aromas at the start, elegant and appetizingly dry in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
A perfect aperitif wine and a great accompaniment to light appetizers.
Vinification
After careful harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented and aged in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks.
