About the wine
1% Pinot Grigio grapes. Traditional white wine production at a temperature of 21°C. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Ageing in stainless steel barrels.

Tasting note
Pinot Grigio (gray) is called that because of the gray-pink and slightly purple skin of the berries. Straw yellow, intense, fruity and exclusive nose. Wine of great character, with distinct notes of ripe pear.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with light appetizers, fish dishes, seafood and poultry. It is also an ideal accompaniment to summer salads and mild cheeses.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
