About the wine

Tasting note
Light wine with coppery reflections. Very floral scent, soft and delicate on the palate with notes of Williams.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with natural yeasts at a controlled temperature of no more than 17°C. Aging for six months in chrome steel tanks, then aging in the bottle for approximately 60 days. Certified organic wine.
