About the wine

Tasting note
Straw yellow color, very fruity nose typical of the variety with aromas of bread crust, acacia flowers and tropical fruits. On the palate, it delivers what the nose promises, elegant to strong with restrained acidity and a distinctive fruit aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, starters and mushroom dishes, as well as with fish and white meat or as an accompaniment to soft cheese.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine yeast to promote freshness, texture and aromatic depth. The aging is deliberately carried out without the influence of wood in order to underline the clear, fruity style of Pinot Grigio.
