Tasting note
In the glass, the wine glows in lush straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of white flowers and ripe pears. On the palate, this charming Chilean is fresh and soft with a medium structure, a delicate melt and a long, complex finish.
Vinification
After the grapes have been picked by hand, they are macerated with the skins. The must is then gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
