About the wine
The family's viticulture dates back to the 17th century, especially in Valpolicella Classico in Veneto, where it began with and next to the wonderful historic gardens in Pojega, plus the large vineyards in Bardolino, Soave & Adige. Tasting note
Smuggy character - sits back very relaxed and cozy, bright soft, creamy fruit, pear, peach, very satisfied with his fresh views, juicy, grassy, seasoned again and again with tart but nice humor, earthy. On the palate, this lovely leaning nonchalance, totally relaxed, so juicy and wide the bright fruit, white peach, plus that smug side, that mischievous, that fresh humor, nice mineral-tart spice. You like to have it with you when you eat - very relaxed, don't push yourself forward, and yet is present, very pleasant accompaniment!
Vinification
Read by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation of the destemmed berries as well as aging and maturing for several months in stainless steel tanks
