The color is pale pink with fine grapefruit and rose petal aromas on the nose. Fresh on the palate, yet delicate and harmonious on the finish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently squeezed. 3 days maceration on the skins, fermentation and maturation in steel tanks for 12 months
