Tasting note
Light, green shimmers permeate the straw-yellow color. The nose is characterized by pear and apple notes. An excellent acid ratio gives the wine strength and structure. On the palate, it is dry, soft and leaves a pleasant, long aftertaste.
Vinification
The fermentation and partial acidification of the wine takes place in steel tanks.
