About the wine
Fresh and elegant with delicate aromas of pear, apple and citrus. Lively, harmonious and mineral on the palate. Perfect with light appetizers, fish or Mediterranean cuisine.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with reddish tinge - typical Pinot Grigio. Very floral on the nose, accompanied by ripe peaches and melons. Appetizing dry on the palate with playful, refreshing acidity. Medium-weight body, again aromas of ripe, white fruit and some honey. Balanced and of medium length on the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light starters, poultry dishes, fish, asparagus risotto and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
PINOT GRIGIO grapes come from selected locations in Margreid and Salorno. The vines are between 15 and 40 years old. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine yeasts for four months.
