About the wine
Markus Molitor is one of Germany's most renowned winemakers. He conjures up distinctive Rieslings and Weissburgunder from old, partly rooted vines with low yields. His terroir wine, Pinot Blanc P, impresses with an elegant slate minerality, refreshing freshness and a fine spiciness.

Tasting note
An attractive golden yellow with a variety of exotic fruits. On the palate, there is a fantastic meltiness, accompanied by an extract sweetness and a delicious, luscious fruit aroma of ripe mirabelles, grapefruits, apples, quinces and limes. These aromas harmonize with creamy, intense richness and juiciness as well as subtle nutty nuances. The typical herbal seasoning from the legendary steep slate slopes on the Moselle gives the wine an inspiring freshness. It is multi-faceted and playful without being heavy.
Culinary recommendation
With classic roast skewers, vegetable terraces, asparagus dishes, mushrooms in creamy sauce or Wiener Schnitzel. It is also ideal as an aperitif or with salads and various types of cheese.
