About the wine
Cave Emery is a family business with a long tradition. The vineyards are located in the best wine regions in Central Valais. They treat nature in a particularly gentle way and make conscious use of integrated production. The use of non-natural means is kept to a strict minimum.

Tasting note
This elegant white wine impresses with delicate aromas of peach, quince, pear and floral notes of linden blossom, plus a touch of exotic fruit. On the palate, it has a nice initial sweetness, a pleasant freshness and a very soft, supple and round body, crowned with a pleasant aftertaste.
