Tasting note
This Pinot Bianco is youthfully fresh and elegant. Bright pale yellow in color, floral and delicately fruity on the nose: apple tones and tropical fruits dominate the bouquet. A pleasant, fresh acidity accompanies this mineral wine with a nice, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with antipasti, vegetable dishes, appetizers and freshwater fish.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation (20 °C) in steel tanks is followed by a four-month maturation on fine yeast in a concrete tank until bottling.
