About the wine
This white wine shows complex aromas of ripe pears, apples, citrus fruits and fine mineral notes. Powerful and precise on the palate, with a creamy texture and lively acidity.

Tasting note
Shiny straw yellow with green nuances in the glass. On the nose, ripe fruit notes, such as honeydew melon, white peach, pears and Golden Delicious, as well as aromas of quince jelly, chamomile and pineapple, but also a delicate mineral flint note. The interplay of fruity-aromatic and salty flavor components is repeated on the palate. The compact structure with elegant melting ensures a spicy, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, crustaceans, asparagus dishes, veal.
Vinification
The harvest and selection of grapes are carried out by hand. The must is gently pressed and clarified by natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in wooden barrels on fine lees for 12 months.
