Tasting note
Komplexe Nase mit frischen Noten nach Blüten und exotischen Früchten, gepaart mit süssen Gewürzen. Am Gaumen agil und frisch und doch cremig. Von bemerkenswerter Länge mit alpiner Austrahlung.
Vinification
Gärung in Barriques und teilweise in Holzfässern. Die Reifung auf der Feinhefe dauert bis Juli. Danach Lagerung für 6 Monate in der Flasche.
