Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Fine wood aromas with sweet spices, fermented fruits, tobacco and cocoa. On the palate, full-bodied and characterful, dense and enveloping, with elegant tannins and a pleasant fresh balance.

Perfect with game dishes and a wonderful accompaniment to hearty ragouts or dark meat with roasted aromas.
