Tasting note
The wine impresses with its intense ruby red. The palate is filled with luscious fruit notes of sour cherry, which, in combination with chocolate notes, develop a spicy sweetness. Its finesse allows the floral component of rose petals to stand out, which is rounded off with lush balsamic notes of star anise and wild mint. Subtle tertiary aromas such as sweet tobacco and coffee complete the terrific taste impression.

Vinification
The grapes are dried in boxes for 4 months, maceration in stainless steel tanks with long skin contact. 24 months aging in wooden barrels, then 12 months in stainless steel tanks
